1988 to
2027 & Beyond
We at Vasant Valley School believe that each child entrusted to us will receive education in its finest form. Learning is a lifelong process, and all students and teachers are challenged to exceed their own expectations. This is a holistic experience that synergises the growth of mind, body and spirit. We nurture and prepare generations of individuals, the torchbearers of tomorrow who believe in the strength of their own convictions and take pride in being Indian. They will work together in the spirit of Global Citizenship. Our work in school shapes the future and no constraints shall daunt us.
Founded by Mr Aroon Purie and Mrs Rekha Purie, Vasant Valley School set out to build an institution where rigour and care were inseparable, and where every child was both challenged and deeply known. Over three decades, that conviction shaped one of India’s most respected schools. Vasant Valley School, Gurgaon Campus carries forward this philosophy while responding to a changing world.
Excellence
in deed
The school’s motto “Shreshtha Tamaya Karmane” meaning Excellence in Deed was gifted by Mr Ved Vyas, scholar and educator, who wrote the school song. The founding team voted on the melody. On the first day, it was sung aloud for the first time and has been sung every day since.
It reflects the belief that education must be expressed through action, character and responsibility. At Vasant Valley School, Gurgaon Campus this philosophy shapes how students learn, collaborate and contribute, ensuring that values are lived through everyday practice and not measured by outcomes alone.
Character is not formed in comfort, but in the discipline of effort and the courage to stand firm.
